My Diet

I haven't been active in the blog because I've been undergoing a juice detox. Well, semi. I still need to find a good schedule and funds to be able to do this properly. Fruits and vegetables in Manila are expensive so I can only do juice fasts in the morning. My longest fast has been up to 17 hours. I'll gradually make that number higher. I've been lethargic and my face is breaking out into angry pimples because of the detox. Here's the combination of vegetables I use for my breakfast juice: carrots broccoli celery turmeric beets calamansi cucumber Sometimes I put watermelon or melon in when I need to "get rid" of them already as they are already too ripe. But, I read from Chris' blog ( www.chrisbeatcancer.com ) that the enzymes needed to digest fruits and vegetables differ so he doesn't mix them. I, on the other hand, usually don't have enough vegetables to make one 8 oz glass of juice so I make do with what I have. Juicing can b...

Monday Catch Up

Happy Monday, everyone! I know it's the start of another work week for most of you. The week-long vacation is over but think of it as a way to exercise and earn money at the same time! Just don't get stressed. Don't forget to do some simple exercises while sitting or standing up in your cubicle. So, let's catch up. I've had a very powerful weekend. I discovered a book called The Healing Codes by Dr. Alex Loyd and if you are sick or your loved one is sick, I recommend this book. I've been practicing the Healing Codes for a few days now and I've seen results. I will explain more about this soon. Last Saturday, we just ran some errands as I wanted to go to Touch of Glory Prayer Mountain on Sunday. I don't have any pictures of the place because I went there to pray, talk to God, discover Him and get rejuvenated with His power. I will take photos next time. Food I don't know if I've posted this last week but this was my Friday breakfast. Th...

The CT-Scan Results and What the Dentist Said

A blessed Friday morning to all! Today, we are pumped to activate our body to heal itself! Amen? Amen! So, last night, we went to get the full reading of my dental CT and gave it to the dentist. She said that she will consult with her surgeon friend first because she wants them to be a team when they remove the tooth and the cyst. The tooth is very near the jaw nerve and the cyst seemed to have thinned out the jawbone. This other surgeon is a specialist in this field so I am thanking God for excellent doctors! The surgery will be done while I am asleep and we might also have the other 2 impacted wisdom teeth removed while we're at it. I will get news next week. I have no fear. Fear does not have a place in the child of God! I have already proclaimed my COMPLETE HEALING and #PERFECTHEALTH so I have nothing to worry about. Tweet For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but one of power, love, and sound judgment.  - 2 Timothy 1:7 My Mission My mission is to activate...

That's chicken and chayote in coconut milk. You can get the recipe here . Scripture As always, I start my day with my devotion. Today's reading talked about giving in our time of need. This tooth has been taking a toll on our budget. I also have other responsibilities and I promised my grandma that I would give her some money in time for her trip to the province. It's hard but I know God will Provide! I will give her the money over the weekend knowing God will provide for our bills.  2 Corinthians 9:12 This service that you perform is not only supplying the needs  of the Lord’s people but is also overflowing in many expressions of thanks to God.
